The drivers side wiper blade replacement seems to be defective because when it wipes across the windshield, the top edge of the blade doesn’t lay flush on the windshield and therefore doesn’t clean all of the water off. Appear to be different blades than what you all installed last time. Poor quality.

I’m a longtime customer—all 5 of my vehicles get serviced with legends Toyota. I hesitate mentioning this cause I’m not sure it’s really Oscar’s fault— appeared to be a very busy day…my 1130a appt for tire rotation and battery check was projected to be a 2 hour wait. Disappointing but I understand if drop-ins were higher than expected. I got the pre checkin text at 1130, but didn’t get my inspection report until about 1:30p and my car was already in the completed bay.
The battery was bad but I didn’t have more time to deal with staying so I left and got the battery elsewhere.
I don’t hold this against Oscar or legends. No impact on my continuing. But am happy to talk to someone if it helps explain. Thx!

When making an appt for anOil Change I assume I am doing so to prepare the service team with a workload they are able to handle. Being told the this service will take at least 2 hours is in acceptable. Should not pass the bad experience off to the customer due to lack of supervision, staffing, bad scheduling or what ever it might be. I know from my experience of changing the oil and having it serviced with you it takes no more then 1 hour.

My appt for a oil change and tire rotation was at 0715 I got there I few min before 0715 and it took 2 hours to get my truck back. I could see if you got backed up towards the end of the day. But to be backed up at the start of the day is a bit ridiculous.
