I had asked to talk about issue with my cat when I got back to dealership. When I went into office he just gave me paperwork on service completed & had me pay. Nothing about potential issue with water pump. On the phone earlier said they could fix is next day but I had no way to get home. I asked if there was some car available and he said 2 weeks wait. So I guess I need to find somewhere else to go. I have been bringing my vehicles here since 2013

Two hours and 15 minutes was a long wait for an oil change and air filter. My last dealer had a dedicated bay just for oil changes. I don’t know if you do the same but I rarely waited more than an hour.
