I came in for an oil change and ask service person to check my tail light or brake light on the right side he confirmed it was out. It was never addressed. I never received an assessment. My car was already in bay completed. I finally got up and ask if it was finished. Something was off in this process. I didn't realize light wasn't replaced until I looked at the ticket on the way home.

When I called for appointment I spoke to Kyle to confirm part necessary was available. Positive connection replacement was needed and only available thru Toyota. He verified it was available So I could set up my appointment for the next morning. He made notes on my appointment for rear tail lights per my message I left later prior to appointment. We discussed the replacement and I also added an oil change. He informed me that it would probably take several hours as planned on waiting. That was alright.
Kyle was excellent on explaining what was needed and expected cost. Thanks.
