Well, you had my truck for 25 days to replace the DCM. Toyota had me schedule an appointment with you to inspect and replace the DCM. IT TOOK YOU 25 days to replace the DCM and within 5 minutes, my truck was fixed. I asked for you to cover my latest truck payment of $600 and no one has answered me. Then, you delivered my truck filthy. No car wash after having it for nearly 30 days. Frankly, that is ridiculous. Not even sure this will change anything but I hope it does.

The associate checking me in and managing my service work did not notify me that my vehicle was ready. I had to call to ask for status late in the afternoon. When I got there Isaiah had left for the day and had placed my paperwork on the desk of someone that wasn’t even working on Thursday. I’ve been a customer for about twenty years and this is the first time that the individual checking my vehicle in failed to communicate and follow-up in a responsible manner. If he’s new he needs more training in customer service.
