You are looking at the computer to get prices, why do they never see that you bought your tires from Toyota and charge you for things that you should not be charged for. Maybe you should put some notification bells on your files to remind them that, oh you bought your tires from us no charge for tire rotation instead of the customer always having to fight for overcharging.
