Scheduled appointment well in advance. Arrived and was told would be 3 hour job and I was going to wait. Car sat in lot over 2 hours without getting worked on and no communication. I requested to get my vehicle back because of it not being worked on. No service was done. Very disappointed, first time something like this happened but that was probably my last visit to legends.

Unfortunately when I walked in the door there was blood all over the door handle. This blood was all over my hand. I was an EMT for 15 years and never once touched someone else’s blood. I have no idea how the blood got there but I was pretty disgusted. I understand things happen but the service techs need to be more careful. No one offered to complete an in code report. I would like to be contacted so this can be reported. Blood borne pathogens is serious and no one took it serious. I had to ask for sanitizer to clean my hand. I feel that training needs to be given to all employees on blood-borne pathogens.
