I told them I needed my mud flap on front driver side fixed. It was loose and needed screws put in to tighten it down. When I got there to pick up my car I asked if they fixed my mud flap. He said yes they had fixed it. When I got home I noticed it was still loose and nothing had been done to it. It's not a major thing. They did a great job on the oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor was a very nice friendly man.

The people I encountered today were wonderful. My issue was on my drive back to Leavenworth when my hood popped three times. I had to pull over on the highway to get out and shut it. I’m very uncomfortable with this and it is dangerous. Michael was kind enough to call back today and suggested we bring it back for them to look at. I had the same issue a couple of years back. No one ever responded to the call. So we went elsewhere.
