I told Bryce that the truck had a vibration in the passenger side The seat would vibrate at 60-75 mph. He just tried telling me that oh it’s a lifted truck with custom bumpers and rough tread tires. I told them to balance and rotate tires. He told me they would. After picking up the truck no balancing and rotation was done. He said that the truck didn’t need it and that he test drove the truck and it’s riding just fine like a lifted truck does. So I pick up the truck and still had the same problem
After ther had the truck for over a WEEK !!! Very frustrating. Worst experience I have ever had. Lied to me and made me feel like he didn’t want to get the problem fixed.
