The waiting area was nice and staff were accommodating even though I had my dog with me.
My only complaint is that the oil change and tire rotation, etc was estimated to take an hour and fifteen minutes, but ended up taking two and a half hours.

They covered up a lot of dings, paint splashes and scratches. Did not disclose to me they were there. I did not receive key for glove box and I need it. The people were nice enough but honesty goes a long way. It’s so bad I’m thinking about having it repainted. Very disappointed in that.
