The waiting area was nice and staff were accommodating even though I had my dog with me. My only complaint is that the oil change and tire rotation, etc was estimated to take an hour and fifteen minutes, but ended up taking two and a half hours.

They covered up a lot of dings, paint splashes and scratches. Did not disclose to me they were there. I did not receive key for glove box and I need it. The people were nice enough but honesty goes a long way. It’s so bad I’m thinking about having it repainted. Very disappointed in that. Deann E

The service team went above and beyond. When we asked about a shuttle service to get lunch while our vehicle was in for maintenance, the team took care of us and didn’t even mention the shuttle service ended at 3 - they just took us to lunch and brought our vehicle to us when it was done. We’ve NEVER had that kind of service before. Legends Toyota has our business. Y’all are more than we asked for.

Kyle was fantastic. My comment is more about the trend overall with Legends Service Experience. When I first pulled up I waited for 13 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. That’s never happened before. Guys running around everywhere and nobody says “someone will be right with you.” That’s new. When my car was ready apparently the shuttle was dispatched. I was told “it’ll be there in 15 minutes”. I went out after 10 minutes and waited. The shuttle finally showed up, 15 minutes after the time I was told it would be there.(11:15 -> 11:30). Something about a meeting, but I was left hanging with no communication. None of this is a huge deal on its own, and normally I wouldn’t even bother with all of this. I am tremendously grateful for the shuttle service, and the driver is great, but I’ve been bringing my car here since 2018 and this marks a noticeable shift. Being able to grab breakfast and work while my car is being serviced is crucial. On this particular day I was working and had to get a project out the door, so my sensitivity to losing 30 minutes of time is higher that it would be otherwise. I’m passing along this feedback in hopes that the same consistent quality service that keeps me coming back to legends remains as reliable as my Toyota. Many thanks.

Fast and efficient.

Kyle was great to work with. When we showed up for our appointment after 5:00pm, Kyle was already off the clock. Another advisor was **** with a customer so Kyle said he would check us in. He didn't have to do this but so glad he did. Communication of service performed and communication of when car was ready was wonderful. Just one of the reasons we drive about 25 miles to have our car serviced by Legends Toyota. Customer service in service and sales is top notch. Thank you!
