After waiting 2 hours we were told our battery size prevents the recall repair. That could have been determined in 30 seconds.

Well I don’t think it’s Josh’s fault but I tried my A/C about a mile down the road and it blew hot air. I immediately brought it back. You have been good about providing me a loaner but…..I’m a long term loyal customer and you didn’t get the job done and it’s really really really expensive service.
