When I first cane in I got off when to the desk instead of dog someone coming out and greet me then the guys was talking on his cell phone made me wait then he was just rude and not great customer experience I ask him to see if they can check a noise on the tire because I just recently purchased new tires and it was making a sound and I had the sign in the car on from like you have a low tire pressure didn’t check that he say the technician was running out of time that’s why I haven’t been back ever since until today

I was told it would 1/2 hour 45 minutes tops. It ended up taking 1 1/2 hours. We wanted to run over to Menards while we were waiting so they were going to give us a loner but the Rep talked me out of it since he assured me again we would have it back in a half an hour because you were all caught up. This is the first time I used your service department and it might end up being the last.
