Very specifically asked for the service writer to put a big highlighted note NOT to fill the washer fluid because Legends Toyota has failed at that several times in the past. It was filled anyway and only a simple "Sorry about that" was offered. Tired of laziness there.

Been taking all my vehicles here for over a decade and I always respond to these surveys completely satisfied. The service advisor was great. I like getting the reports electronically and this time that didn’t happen (no big deal). But we just cleaned the vehicle very well to sell it and was shocked to see how dirty the drivers floor mat was (took photos). The advisor had it cleaned quickly but this was the first time I ever remember not having plastic or paper down on the mats. All in all, you are the best—-this time fell short of the high standard you set. Still huge fans and grateful!

The person who checked me in was very helpful. However, shortly after leaving, my check engine light came on. When I checked under the hood, I found that the technician left the air intake PCV tube completely detached. I have reattached it, but the check engine light is still on.

The estimate and the final bill did not match. Shop fee was higher on the final bill. I don’t understand why they don’t match. Also the service tech barely spoke to me. Usually the service techs are very friendly. Normally i get a sheet with the multi- point inspection and I did not get that this time.

Quoted 1 1/2 hours for wait time, was 2 1/2 hours and I had to go ask for an update. I understand time may be off but providing an update to waiting customers would be better service.
