Brittney was great. I had an expired insurance card and she offered to call the insurance company, which she did, but the company would not email the current ID card. I appreciate her trying to help. I finally was able to print the current ID card and all went well.

I asked specifically when I dropped off to have air added to my spare tire on my 4Runner cause it was causing my dash indicator to light up when the temp outside is low. Figured it would be an easy task cause they would be rotating my tires. I have made this request as well before and it was ignored. Just annoying when you make a request during regular maintenance and it was ignored/missed for a second time.

I want to thank all of the people that worked on my vehicle and all of the staff in the service department. I have been putting off getting the maintenance done on my car for a while now because I am a travel nurse and I didn't want to take even more time from my family. I was in and out in less than half an hour. I actually had time to go take my family to the park because of how quickly everything got done. It was incredible.
