Eric was **** phenomenal! He was part of the reason we bought my girlfriend’s car at the dealership a couple months ago and he will be the reason I buy my next car in the summer at Brewer Toyota. Happy employees that let on that they actually care (like Eric) is why we’re happily pushing to get both our vehicles under the Brewer umbrella.

I had specifically said that my wiper fluid was low, it was not checked despite of the car being there 2 hours, the labor costs for brake fluid exchange and flush, transfer case service, rear differential service and lube oil and filter change were 520 usd and the parts 174 usd. Too expensive labor. In the end there was no sticker detailing the mileage for the next service and I had to request one. I always have serviced my car here due to my leased car being from this Toyota but disappointed this timr. Too expensive and not worth the time and money, i also didnot get any info on whether tire rotatiom waa done or not
