I was told 1.5-2 hours for my service appointment. I was out in maybe an hour and 15 minutes. Everyone was kind and communicated clearly, especially Brittney. I live in Wexford but come to your service center because 1) the people are great and 2) the service center is clean and there is space to get work done on my laptop. Thanks for the great experience.

My problem wasn’t fixed and I immediately was faced with the issue when I went to enter my vehicle after returning home and went to leave again this evening. The tech saw it happen last week when I went to have my oil change and that’s why I returned today. It’s very frustrating to not be able to depend on the one key and feel very foolish trying to enter or lock the truck and then have to try it a few times and resort to pulling my wallet out so the credit card key is recognized. This wasn’t a problem until recently and a new battery was no help. It feels like my mistake today was bringing the regular fob with me to the dealer even though this past week I started to carry it so I can use the truck like I had been since I bought it.
