Requested my truck to be washed. Received it back with scratches by the headlight. Scratches are significant enough to require paint. I expect that someone will state that they were there or that the dealership is not responsible. I honestly have a problem every time I bring my cars in for oil changes. Which in today’s age is a gift as there are so many cheaper and more convenient ways to have my oil changed. This marks the last time I do any business with this dealership.

I asked to have my license plate replaced and the service person broke the screw heads off and could not get the screws out once they broke. I was told that it couldn’t be fixed by them and to go somewhere else to have it repaired or have my entire hatch replaced. I then had to drive home terrified of being pulled over. I called my insurance agent and they directed me to call the company that caused the damage and have them repair the vehicle. I would like to know why I should incur a cost that I did not cause. I am waiting to hear back from someone who can remedy this situation so I can then drive my car.

Made it very clear that I had 3 active recalls to service along oil change & tire rotation. Told the scheduler I only have time to come in once and please make sure all all part were order/available for the recalls before schedule and bringing in. I was told they understood and would have a service adviser call me. Service adviser did call and left message that the engine for Toyota Recall 24TA07 was not available yet so they could only perform the other 2 re-calls which I agreed too. Nothing was said to me that my vehicle gas tank needed to be less than 1/4 full to perform the second Toyota Recall 23TA09. Service call the day of my appointment to tell me they could not perform the service. Then when I showed up to pick up my vehicle, I found out they did not even perform the 3rd Toyota Recall 24V-125. I am very annoyed and disappointed with Brewer Toyota Service.
