For an oil change it took 2 hours and 40 minutes. I recueved the car wash at the end and the whole trunk is still covered in dirt. No need to contact me. Just save these comments. An oil chnage should not take almost 3 hours.

Car was not fixed, when I came to pick the vehicle up it would not shift into drive. Had to leave it for at least three more days to repair. While communication has been acceptable, the vehicle was clearly not tested to ensure the repair was done.
