I had an appointment for an oil change at 8am, I was there on time, and it took over 2 hours to get my vehicle back. Jiffy lube does it in 10 minutes.
I don’t know what the point of an appointment is for a very limited service if it still takes hours.

Nothing to do with Alexis. Recall has been active for 2 yrs with no remedy until recently. Why couldn’t Toyota match VIN against parts used at mfg to determine if parts were defective? I was never told parts were not in stock and would require me to return after parts were ordered. I’ve been in for routine maintenance several times- why couldn’t sensors have been tested then. I live 3 hours away and having to return a third time is a major annoyance!
