James was super helpful in resetting the password in the Toyota App. The only service that was to be done during my scheduled appointment was tire rotation and I had wait 2 1/2 hours for this. Customers who came in after me left before me . James apologized but I can’t wait this long for routine things like this or oil changes so I will go elsewhere for these services
