Mr. Carr was kind, courteous and professional for my entire visit. He offered all possible assistance that I'd need and beyond. Also was overly thorough with questions I had on an estimate for some damage on the body of my vehicle. He deserves the highest marks available to him for my visit with him today.

Service staff lost my insurance card, and charged me labor 3x the amount of the parts when that is NOT what I was quoted. When I went on the toyota account online, they had deleted the previous quote, so I cannot compare the values. They took everything out of my glove box to find the insurance card, and left them thrown on the front seat and didn’t put them back. Very dissatisfying.

Brewer Airport Toyota has always been there for me and treated my family and I like family! I have been a regular customer here since my first Toyota truck years ago. My parents both purchased their new Toyota vehicles here, as well as the staff at Brewer also came through and helped me order and put my dream Toyota truck in my driveway! The staff here is very friendly and treats you like family always! The service department is very helpful and does quality work! I want to also give a big shout out to Christian Reynolds. Christian works in the service department, he is very kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and takes the time to actually explain any issues you may have and the best way to go about fixing them. I came for a regular service as I always do. I added that my headlight was out so the bulb would need changed. At the end of my service I was told that they did everything but they tried to change the bulb but it did not work and I would have to return because there may be wire issue. They even put the bulb in another vehicle to test it to make sure it worked, which made no sense when they should’ve just got another bulb. I was told I would have to come out there again for this other service. I was not happy but I made the appointment for the diagnostic. I asked what was the minimum cost I was told $160 to start. Not sure why I couldn’t just be taken to the other side of the shop since I was already there anyway. Anyway later in the day i decided to change the bulb myself (which I am not an idiot) and when I changed it to my surprise it worked without issue. I did call and talk to Christin the service manager that was there and let him know all this. I have been coming to this dealership since I purchased my vehicle in 2013. There has been 1 other time that I have been made to feel like I do not trust the service there. The service advisor was very dismissive when I asked about a loner/rental car since I don’t live close. I did not appreciate that either. Telling me that the light bulb may have not went in all the way is a farce because it needs to click in place to fit. I feel like things were said to me so I would just be quiet, I’m a woman and because it has to do with a car I don’t know anything.
My satisfaction would have been met by fixing the issue that I came out there and being kind and courteous to your customers.

What a great dealership. First time there and I accidentally came a day early. Brittany got me right in for my inspection. I got new wiper blades refills from the parts counter also. Everyone was very nice. We will definitely return for service and the next time we are looking for a new Toyota.
