Felt like I was overcharged for the service. I was told the estimate of 2 hours labor was the max that it should be, but that’s what they ended up charging me. My vehicle wasn’t even back in the bay for 2 hours. This was a very simple light fixture and wire install - there is no way it should have taken 2 hours. I am very disappointed- I have not had a bad experience with Brewer before, but feel like I was taken advantage of.
