I don’t blame dealership but Toyota for not building a better wireless charger .It works fine in my Ford vehicle.They should get an update the wireless charger they put in and replace it .It moves around too much .Very disappointing with the quality of My 40k Avalon

I came in for a diagnosis of my AC issues. I was told the process would likely take around 2 hours or so, and everything was well explained. At one point sometime came out to tell me my AC would need to be recharged, however nothing else was wrong with it. At least 2.5 hours after I arrived, someone came out and said the machine they needed was down and I would need to come back another day. For my inconvenience he offered a 10% discount and said he had my car washed. When I walked out to my car, the car definitely hadn't been washed. I made another appointment to come back to get the issue fixed, but the service I've received hasn't been great thus far.

Requested my truck to be washed. Received it back with scratches by the headlight. Scratches are significant enough to require paint. I expect that someone will state that they were there or that the dealership is not responsible. I honestly have a problem every time I bring my cars in for oil changes. Which in today’s age is a gift as there are so many cheaper and more convenient ways to have my oil changed. This marks the last time I do any business with this dealership.

I asked to have my license plate replaced and the service person broke the screw heads off and could not get the screws out once they broke. I was told that it couldn’t be fixed by them and to go somewhere else to have it repaired or have my entire hatch replaced. I then had to drive home terrified of being pulled over. I called my insurance agent and they directed me to call the company that caused the damage and have them repair the vehicle. I would like to know why I should incur a cost that I did not cause. I am waiting to hear back from someone who can remedy this situation so I can then drive my car.
