I had an appointment for my free state inspection and an oil change. I was there a total of 4 hours. Nothing was done. I had to leave to pick someone up. I have no receipt, no sticker. Someone please call me. My time is important—that’s why I made an appointment. Meanwhile I saw people come and go from the waiting room. I was told they were express customers without an appointment. Why not just tell me to take my car to the express. If you’re behind and know that my car has been there for hours, why not take my car there yourself????! Terrible service!

Issue was only halfway resolved. They did the alignment for Free but they should have covered my tire as well. The first appointment they said I did not need and alignment and 2 weeks later a different tire wore in the same exact spot. After I called and talked to the service manager he made an appointment and found out in did in fact need an alignment therefore you guys should cover a new tire for me. I will be contacting corporate.
