Your team is usually exceptional.
We feel the new way of communicating the text and electronic device devices primarily is dysfunctional. We called in yesterday hoping to see that we had an additional service done only to find that we needed to just leave a voicemail for our representative who had already left for the day. I think it would be important to know that you are dealing with people that are less technically inclined as well as not wanting to have all the runaround on communication. However the mistakes made on the extended warranty made by your dealership entering the wrong vin # on the extended warranty causing delays for repair, my time to contact the warranty company for your mistake that is unacceptable! This was your mistake you should be fixing it!
