Stated i wanted recall notice looked at when I made appt to have oil change & tire rotation. No problem. Told during drop off that the quick service mechanics could not accomplish recall insp. No appt for such until 7 days later. Have to go back. Also asked for car wash during service. No problem. Pick up car when finished, not washed. Disappointed
