I was told I would get a multipoint inspection after I initially declined, but it didn’t happen.
Also, while your waiting room is comfortable, it would be nice if you would duplicate other Toyota dealerships and Lexus dealerships and have a couple snack bars available. And real milk instead of that cancer-causing stuff in the can

I’m very unsatisfied about my business because it was brought to my technicians (Ed) attention that my traction control light was still on before I left Toyota. The answer I got back from him was that there was nothing they could do except for me to bring it back if the light stays on. I would like to bring my car back in to asses what is going on with the wheel bearing free of the diagnostics charge because this was something the dealership missed and was present when we originally admitted the car in the first place.
