I have brought my car in for a jerking issue every time I pressed on the brake- this Only started after my last service appointment. I find it frustrating because in addition to a new issue, which I had to pay parts and labor for, I was also charged a diagnostic fee, which was more than the labor fee for the replacement of the rotor plates. This is even though the time that elapsed for the “diagnosis “was less than 30 minutes. It seemed shady because I got a call with the prices for the rotor plates, then a few minutes later, I got another call letting me know. I would also have to pay the diagnostic fee. As someone who has spent thousands of dollars at the dealership, I would’ve thought that the customer service and appreciation for repeat customers, was more. Going forward to Avoid hidden fees, there’s no need for me to drive out to the dealership for routine service, I can just go someplace locally.

I am not sure the tire pressure was checked when the tires were rotated. I was not happy with the way my floor mat was moved from the drivers side to the back seat with out removing the loose dirt from the mat that is now in my back floor mat. I thought my salesman told me anytime I brought my vehicle in for Toyota care service it would be washed. Truck was not washed

Before service I added a full gallon of washer fluid to the reservoir and asked my wife to bring that to the tech’s attention. She was told that they don’t fill that up because it might freeze. I don’t believe that at all. Why not just apologize for the oversight instead of making up a flimsy excuse. If your techs are willing to lie about something so minor, how can I trust them to be honest with me if I have a major issue? So, no, I was not happy with the service.
