Whenever I set up the appointment they were also supposed to install new door seal up front and mirror cover due to quality issues with parts they ordered in for me which I don’t believe they did. I also texted and on the phone told them NOT to rotate my tires twice due to alignment issue. They rotated my tires anyways. The whole point of dropping my truck off for the day was to get everything knocked out at once. I can’t afford to take days off to get service done that should have been done right in the first place.

Upon picking up the vehicle at 4:20 pm on Saturday April 6th and driving home (approximately 30 miles after stopping at family members home in moon township and a store in Robinson) and pulling my vehicle into the garage at approximately 6:20pm, a puddle of oil formed under the vehicle. It is believed there is no oil remaining in the engine as it has a severe oil leak. Upon noticing the oil on the garage floor, we immediately left a multiple messages on the dealership service phone line and general dealership phone line as we continued to see oil dripping from near the oil pan . We need the issue fixed immediately due to the need for the vehicle for employment and doctors appointments due to an ongoing health matter. We also received a phone call upon returning home from the family members whose home was visited and there is oil in their driveway and oil marks pulling away from the house. Please contact me immediately on Monday, April 8th.
