No complaints about customer service representative (Brittney). Service was ok, just tire rotation and regular multipoint inspection. However, glove box was opened when I got into the car (a few hours after the service was completed) and could not be closed. I emtied it completely thinking that someomthing was makybe stuck, but still could not close if. Seemed like it was dismanted during service and not put back in properly. I had to return to the garage and ask the person there to fix it. He punched it a few times and fixed it, so it could close, but something still seems off with it, definitely not like before I brought the car for service.

Your record keeping is horrible. First car inspection I had probably 7000 miles after 1 year. During inspection it was recommended that I get my oil changed. I did. Second I section a year later I was told I missed several oil changed and I would have to pY for my oil change. Only have 15700 miles. After inspection my husband discovered you did not rotate all the tires only two. When he questioned the tech said oh, the other 2 tires were probably the same wear so it wasn't needed. After I forming me I looked at the inspection report I was sent and the tires they rotated were of the same wear numbers and NOT the 2 tires that should have been changed with different wear numbers. I have shown up for appointments and then told to come back because you don't have the part asked to note it in my file and get a text later saying I didn't show up for my appointment. Really disappointed in your service department. Will go to another Toyota dealer or elsewhere in the future.
