Service was quick. However, I had also informed them that I had this engine maintenance message that kept coming up. I was told it was reset however, when I checked out and got in the car same message kept coming back. So I was rescheduled to come in today at 11:30 to have a mechanic look at it . They told me it would take about 1 1/2 hours. After an hour and a half they sent me a notification that my inspection was complete. 20 minutes later an employee came out and said they entered in the wrong info on my car and it was “almost” done. 20 minutes later I asked again and it was still not complete. Finally after 2 1/2 hours it was finished. It is a 1 year old car with 5,000 miles in it. An inspection and oil change should not take that long!!
