Very nice clean facility and waiting area. Andrew was thorough in explaining all that was done to our RAV-4. The car for us is only 11 months old with 5,500 miles. We ordered it and bought it new last April. The free oil change at 10k miles or once a year thing is deceiving to me. I would rather have waited a few thousand miles for the oil change but the year came first so it was changed free. We are retired and don’t drive that much anymore. Oil change is greatly appreciated but would rather have gone a bit longer.
