The service team was good but the text/receipt process is very misleading. To receive a message with a note that says additional service needed immediately with 2 vague videos of my brand new 8500mi car and a possible bill of $181 with no notes or explanation is ridiculous. I was then told after being worried for 10 minutes that something was wrong that wasn't going to be covered that, nothing is wrong, it is just where we put our notes is very misleading. Your system is flawed and it needs fixed. Your service team was great but your system ****. Also oil should be changed every 5k miles

I've already talked to Jeffrey. He made the experience much better. The situation was I had to come back in for a quick change that was done wrong the day before. Andrew said we will get you in and out. After almost two hours I slask when it would be done and they said they needed
15 more minutes. After 10 min., I found out they
hadn't started. I had to go for an appointment
so I had to bring my car back for a third time. Thank you Jeffrey for handling the situation.
