Noah did an amazing job today. He was patient and kept me updated on what was going on. There were bulbs labeled wrong and had to bring them up from another building so I had the correct part placed into my vehicle, along with adding on additinal work to what I had originally requested saving me time in the future. I was told that they were keeping my car for 6 hours and no courtesy car was available and I was not able to stay for 6 hours so I called my niece to come pick me up and when she got to Toyota they told me that my car was ready and it failed battery testing and put a new battery in it but before all this I had told Scott that my uncle us a mechanic and he said it was the battery.
My niece was not happy to drive 45 minutes to come to moon for nothing.
