Thank you for the exemplary service today. Moving to Western Pennsylvania was not on my bingo card. Neither was Covid. I had just purchased a Tacoma 4 x 4 in Seattle and I’m thankful that I had it to drive cross country to come along side of famil. However, the ability to trade it in and get one of the first cameras to roll off the assembly line has been the best decision I’ve made. A month ago I was there for 90,000 Mike service. It went well. I was informed that there was a recall which I knew about. The person informed me that they needed to order the parts. They also told me that
the earliestAppointment for this recall was March 18 which was today they scheduled it. So I came today. I have approximately 45 minutes to an hour drive. I waited a little over an hour. I was informed that they could not do the recall cause they didn't have the parts. Why
Wasn't I am formed that the parts were not in and save me a trip. I was truly disappointed.
