The service technician who changed the oil failed to ensure both bolts were reinstalled to mount skid plate. I noticed it hanging by one bolt. Unfortunately this is the SECOND time this happened when I had the oil changed.

While my car was done quicker than I anticipated, when I finally arrived to pick up and got into my car my low tire pressure gauge was on. Since the service team rotated my tires and completed my inspection I would have assumed this would have been something that would have been checked and passion tap air may have been added. Instead, I had to make my way over to sheetz to put air in while it was pouring down rain. Just something small to make note of and this may have been completely independent of the service they completed (not caused by the tire rotation, but rather our erratic Pittsburgh temperature fluctuations) it would have been visible to whom ever parked my car after the service was complete:
