My tire,rim,hub cover,etc.. had been stolen. I spoke to Brian in Parts, who ordered everything. I told him to bill me separately for 30,000 service maintenance since my car was having tire replaced. I told him not to rotate the tires as they were purchased somewhere else that included free rotation, and wasn’t needed for another 3,000 miles. Told him oil change was not needed as oil change sticker had 34,300 miles and car has 29,600 miles. There must’ve been miscommunication as I had to pay for oil change and charge for tire rotation was removed. Also, I never received status of brakes, if fluids were leveled off, if air filter needed to be changed. New tire service was good.
