I’m not sure why no one told me about the yellow triangle, meaning something is still wrong, before they said it was ready to pick up. I was told it would have a diagnostic charge even thought you already knew what was causing it. The person I talked to didn’t know how much it would cost to fix it, but it would have to have the diagnostic charge. Something to do with the headlights. Just curious why we didn’t discuss repairing it.

Today I got a call that my car was ready, however, they couldn’t find my insurance and registration card. They said they looked thoroughly in my glove compartment. Had I know then needed it again, (I had my car being inspected and this was a follow up/reinspection from last week, I would have put it in the overnight envelope. I gave it to the workers last week when I was originally in so I didn’t think they needed it again. Needless to say, I can home from work and tore my house apart thinking my papers were at home. No luck. I called Brewer back and told them I swore they were in the glove compartment, I just had them last week! They said nope, we looked everywhere they could be in the glove compartment . So, I made a special trip to AAA to get another copy of my registration. Now mind you, I had to find a ride, and my husband had to be there since he is on the registration. Total inconvenience. I got the copy of my registration and take it to Brewer. They say it will be ten minutes. Thirty minutes later, car is ready. I go to get my car, open my glove compartment, and bam, there’s my cards staring back at me in the face. You can imagine how upset I was. So no, I was not happy with my experience and it had nothing to do with Brittney as she was off today.

I keep the inside of my car meticulous. During my previous visit to your dealership. I came out and found grease and grime on my driver driver seat because you did not put a plastic cover over it when servicing the vehicle. I decided not to say anything, because people make mistakes.P On Monday when I was there and had my vehicle serviced I was driving home and happened to look up and there were greasy fingerprints on the windshield pillar and also grease on the headliner from where one of your technicians got into my car. There was also grease on the door panel, which I cleaned off as soon as I saw it that I did not ruin my shirt. Although I appreciate the job that you folks do there. I am not happy that this is now occurred twice. I used to be in the RV business and the technicians in our shop were meticulous about covering up peoples Motorhomes and Trailers when they brought them in for service so that we did not get them dirty. I can’t believe this has happened twice now. I am not a satisfied customer.

Appt first thing in morning. State insp, tire rotation and oil change. 4 hrs!!! Not happy. No communication why or how much longer. Scott was nice and took care of me when I got there. But I really don't understand why it took 4 hours.

Car is above 99k Miles. I was expecting the manual 100k service but just got an oil change and tire rotation and recommended to be back at 104k. Checklist of multipoint inspection says headlights are ok, one is off. Used to get a courtesy car wash but didn't get today.

To be honest I disappointed to fine a cable tie instead of one of the bolts holding up the skid plate before my oil change. Someone from Toyota did because you are the only ones to ever work on my truck, acccept for the engfine air filter. Also toyota should fix the paint peel too, for as much as I paid for that truck, not to mention the extended warranty. Not likely I will ever purchase another Toyota product. Cable ties!!?? Really!!??
