Thanks again to Eddie for taking good care of my car and especially fixing the punctured tire. There is one big concern i have about the visit and not sure if this is the best way to communicate about this but we send it this way before calling. After I returned home, I noticed a scratch on the rear passenger door that I've never seen. It's pretty deep through the paint and has a small circular dent, which makes me think a pointed tool must have made hard contact with the door. I'm not accusing your guys of doing anything and of course I have no absolute proof that your technicians are responsible. But it's very noticeable and my daughter's car seat is on that side so I'm quite certain I would've seen it had it already been there. I definitely did not see it the weekend before my Tuesday visit because I washed the car then. I can send you pics if you had any interest. I'm not asking for anything and intend to keep coming to Brewer for all my services (I bought the 48 month oil/rotation service plan too) and I realize every car is going to take its share of damage. I'm just disappointed that this happened and felt like I needed to let you guys know. Whether you want to contact me about this is up to you. I'd like to remain a loyal customer but am pretty frustrated that, as far as I can tell, there was damage done to my car and it appears to be far more than just a random car door hitting my car.

Very poor service, air pressure was not checked, it took 3 hours for inspection. Service person didn’t even care to inform about the delay due to non availability of technician. Service has really gone down hill after Covid. Only reason I come is because I purchased my vehicle here.
