When I picked up my car it still had the same rattle coming from the engine that I brought it in for. The alternator was replaced which cost me 996.00 dollars. Apparently the alternator was not bad at all. The service manager is looking into the service performed on my vehicle.

Alexis was the best person I have ever dealt with at Brewer Airport. She was able to find a coupon for the service I got and talked through everything at a level I could understand, and went above and beyond to try and replicate my issues.
