The technician that serviced my vehicle “forgot” to tighten my lug nuts I drove over to Sheetz to get fuel and on fell off. I had to leave my my car at Sheetz and walk back over and he went over and tightened them. This was a major safety issue and the tech should be held accountable. I would appreciate if someone would reach out in regards to this issue. Thank you

$159 labor to mount a tire and wheel that I just paid you $1000 for at a 30% premium over other dealers was absurd. My last quote from you was $100 more than another dealer for a new key fob and they did not have to go elsewhere to cut the metal key. Other than warranty service I don’t think I can afford Brewer anymore.

advice of your representatives. If the car didn’t need them, fine,
but since I got the car, it seems those services were always
deemed necessary by your people.

Had an appointment at 7am and dropped off day before. Heard nothing back at 11:00am so called and got voicemail and still no response at 3pm sent text to see what was going on and was told they got busy and just brought car in to be checked. I think they should have been proactive and let us know what was going on instead of be reactive after calls and texts. This is unacceptable. We have purchased and been bringing our cars here for years however we will not be back for either.
