First off I was upset at the fact that my truck wasn't completely clean which I guess should have been on me didn't realize you guys used roller Car Wash and not just water or a sponge so my bad but if I would have known I never would have had you guys wash it too I was not happy when I returned to my truck to find my mat over onto my passenger side just thrown on the floor and not put back afterwards not just that they went into my glove box which I understand they probably needed to but they also left stuff sitting out on my Dash rather than putting it back where they found it and that makes me upset not only that the tech had tried to work with my phone and my computer inside my vehicle and now I can't get my phone to hook up to it to take phone calls I can only get music

Every time I have the Toyota serviced with Jose C. & the dealership, it is always an “on time, as promised service”. I’ve even seen the guy at the far “glass office” more than one occasion fast & effectively come out & start assisting customers waiting for service managers…
I found it, again, the team going the extra mile to make us, the customer feel special. Great job!

Mike has been my service advisor for several years. He has always taken good care of my 2014 Avalon, limited addition. I have always had regular service and just finished having scheduled service to keep it in good shape, thanks to Mike. I only have 39,000 miles on it and still loving everything about it. Best car I ever had.
