Not the greatest experience and it took a little longer than expected to change out a tire with a hole that's not repairable, but I am satisfied. I understand I didnt have the necessary warranty to cover a factory tire on a new car. However, the car is financed thru Toyota Finance, which should count for a 20- or 30-percent discount.

I’ve had two Toyotas and put up with the waiting I think long enough. I had an appointment at 10:30. I live in Kingman Arizona. It’s an hour down and an hour back my 1030 appointment. I kept an eye on my vehicle. It never even got in to be serviced until about 1230, hours after my appointment, by the time I got home. My whole day was shot. This was on a Tuesday. It seems to me because the amount of people that were waiting around and the attitude some of them had you’re not helping yourself. Time to bring back the Toyota dealership to Kingman. Otherwise, I think I’ll be looking for a different option. I realize this probably won’t go any further. But you ask for my opinion.

The issue with the driver seat adjustments has been fixed however, the headrest on that seat was pushed all the way up to its maximum and can now not be moved back down and is rubbing on the roof of the car. It is uncomfortable.

First I asked for an oil change and rotate and balance and recalls. Never got a rotate and balance never done didn’t check air pressure they were set way to high. I was there from 10:45 to 3:30 all u did was oil change and recall which says u scraped some weld splatter and changed a nut that’s it. My car was returned dirtier than went in no wash and then oil spots over the front end. The service guys lie about time originally said up to 2 hours way longer then I asked in person at 2:15 how long left he said done backing out and just paper work took a extra hour horrible service.
