I would recommend Anderson Toyota of lake Havasu Arizona to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle and great service as well. We’ve bought our second Toyota there. And will go there again. No pressure. No nonsense they will give you the respect you deserve. We winter in Arizona. And we wait until we leave Alaska in the fall to have them service our vehicle. Kenny was an excellent service rep today. I was surprised with the digital messaging to review the car maintenance report and recommendations. I missed the personal touch with a discussion by the service rep. It may have been more cost effective in personnel use but I still believe losing the personal customer touch is a business loss. I come back to see Kenny each year because we have built a customer relationship prior to the digital age!
