Probably the best service I have ever received at a dealership. Additionally, Jennifer Claflin was a very professional service advisor and went above and beyond explaining and helping me with my questions and concerns.

I do have to say that Danielle was wonderful. However, l had an appointment for 7:45am for new tire installation, balancing and alignment. I did not leave the facility until 10 am. Never have I’ve had to wait for new tires for so long. I am not really sure what the issue was, but it would have been nice to have been told that there was going to be a delay up front.
