Not necessarily his fault, but last time I was there for service the person who helped me told me to make sure and get down for my last free service at 25,000 miles. I called and scheduled and the lady on the phone understood why I was coming in.
When I got there today I was told that I had missed the free service by a month. So I drove down from Bullhead for a $50 tire rotation. Just feel like some miscommunication happened.

There's a loud rattling noise coming from underneath the truck. After it been checked, it was said that it was coming from the bed rack. There might be rattling noise coming from the bed rack,so when I got home, I took everything off the top of the truck and anything attached to the bed rack. I also retighten the bed rack bolts. I then drove the desert roads to test with all the windows open. The rack did rattle, but it was a different rattle noise and it was coming from above. The other noise I am concerned with is the noise from underneath the truck, different noise sounds, like something flapping against something else ( like when the wind flaps a flag). They did check the heat shield and saw where it had dislodged from the fasteners, but didn't resolve that fix.
