I initially raised concerns regarding the lack of communication and follow-up throughout my experience. At times, the interaction felt more like a transaction focused on sales rather than genuine customer care. I understand how sales environments operate, as I’ve worked in sales myself, but no customer wants to feel like just a dollar amount. I also found it frustrating that all communication had to go through one service advisor, resulting in being placed on hold repeatedly just to get basic answers. This setup contributed significantly to the overall lack of customer service I experienced. I’m also fully aware of how customer complaints are often handled behind the scenes staff gathering around, rolling their eyes, and brushing it off. Honestly, I don’t care about that. What matters is the experience you present to the customer. Even if the reality is that it’s all about business and profit which I understand, no one is working purely out of the kindness of their heart you should at least make an effort to show customer care. That effort goes a long way. If you want customers to return and continue doing business with you, instead of having to cold call them multiple times a year trying to get them to sell their vehicle, then the customer experience needs to improve. Presentation matters. That said, I do want to recognize Amy for addressing my concerns. She demonstrated genuine effort and attentiveness, which made a noticeable difference. If it weren’t for her stepping in, I likely would not consider returning. Take a page from her approach because it works
