Danielle was amazing. Took the time to ensure parts were on hand and coordinated with the service to ensure both scheduled maintenance and repairs were seamless.
Of note the service tech could do better with the video walk through. Very rushed. I am not sure how helpful it is for an owner. Hard to hear and 15 seconds of wavy video of my engine bay. Not the first time it’s been like this. Could be very informative and comforting to owners who are on the fence about what happens in the bay.
