We bought our highlander three years ago from Anderson Toyota , we paid for a service maintenance agreement, on our last service we were advised that we were on our last oil change , come to find out we should have been changing our oil every ten thousand miles not five thousand miles, my fault for not reading the owners manual cover to cover , but at the same time I would think that the so called service advisors , would see the record of oil changes and question why we were changing oil a 5000 miles and not ten thousand miles , in fact everything is set up to warn you to get service at 5000 miles from the in car warning to the service stickers in the window , I understand companies are in business make money , but do they need to rip people off ? I believe this is some kind of collusion to take advantage of customers, either way this practice is unacceptable and should not be tolerated any longer !
