The battery on our RAV 4 died & car wouldn’t start, but the screen wouldn’t light. When we attempted to start the car it indicated the emergency brake was & wouldn’t release. We had to have it the car towed to the Toyota dealer & Mike knew immediately what was wrong, a bad battery, the battery was replaced. When it was replaced it started & all the accessories work again & the car started. Mikes extensive knowledge of the Toyota models resolved my problem & got our car back with out delay. Thanks Mike for all your help.
