No need to reach out. Jose is the best. He did everything right. Unfortunately, at the very end, the tech forgot to place the tire caps after new tires installed. Discovered when I got home in kingman. When we reached out, jose did everything right to resolve. Not his fault. Customer service is so difficult to find nowadays. Jose is a keeper.
To add more, by my experience and observation in the several times I’ve been in for service, Both service managers that worked Saturday are the best.
