I have gone in twice now for service to use the warranty and every time I have gone it's been a 2 hour wait minimum. For services that would take a fraction of the time at a smaller mechanic shop. I want to use my warranty but I feel as though they push warranty services to the side and make us wait since we are not paying for a service. Will be going to a different Anderson dealership for next service to see how they do. I have a baby and no transportation if I drop my car off. A big inconvenience for people who have babies and have to wait for there vehicles

To; Jose Chavez, let me explain; on Sept 2 I brought my Toyota Corolla in for Routine Maintenance. I have been a customer of Your Toyota Business for many years, when a Service dept gentleman came to explain that the check up had revealed that it needed new Shocks, I asked how much it would cost, he replied” about $1600.00, and I thought that sounded high but it is my only transportation so I said Ok. The next morning they picked me up from home and brought me back. I was handed the bill and I felt very shocked to see the total cost was $1852.00 I paid the Bill and drove home still almost feeling ill at ease. I am an 87 year old widow in stable health, but I must say I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I wonder if you would review the work that the Service folks did on my car and see if added up correctly. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx. Loretta J. Riddle

Great service, informative explanation of findings. Nothing to do with service but is really necessary to charge an extra fee when using a credit card? When you’re spending over 300$ it seems inappropriate. Does it cost you an extra 10$ for me using my card. ?
