Jose did just fine, as a team I’m disappointed that they ran my car through the automatic car wash, I asked twice and was told there was a no wash sign put in the window. My car has been hand washed only by me since purchasing new off your lot, as I was paying my bill. Jose handed my keys and apologized, said they washed your car. Beyond irritating and I questioned what else was not done if the technicians couldn’t read the sign about no wash, I checked under the hood and found the hood rod not latched and lose in the engine bay, it did have oil I it so I guess it was not a total waste of my time.. please discuss with your team about the poor customer satisfaction this visit. Every visit before this one has been good…
