Jose was wonderful in keeping me informed by text on every aspect of what was happening with my car. Which included liftgate struts and the multi point inspection. Also arranged for a ride home after dropping off my car, then they picked me up when my car was ready. He went out of his way to be so helpful taking care of my car. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
