...just was busier than normal, which is great for Anderson Toyota. So, as a note to ourselves, we will continue to make early morning appts instead, in which from our personal experience, the service was much quicker as we were out within an hour as oppose to an 2 1/2 hr wait...

Was called in by Anderson for service on my vehicle that only has 8,000 miles on it - but when I arrived at Anderson Toyota I was told I was outside of my service time and I had to pay for it - service was not done as this was not discussed before I arrived - very disappointed that I did not get a service done on a vehicle that only has 8,000 miles on it - was not discussed in advance over the phone - took progress out of my day to get it done so ruined one work day all for poor communication.
