Quite honestly, from the moment, I pulled my car up to the moment I laughed. I feel like we were more of a **** than being offered assistance in service. I thought your service team was brash and dismissive. I did find that the two teenagers that were working the service entrance on, Thursday evening were incredibly respectful and helpful and friendly. We chose not to have any service done with the dealership. Please don’t contact me further. I have no interest in discussing any additional details, however, I would remind your staff the customer service is paramount. At least make customers feel like they’re not a **** .
I’m sorry to report this, but I truly believe on his feedback is the only way we can improve. Wishing your whole company the very best.
